So, small edits in Photoshop have made it able to show you how I vision the door in the game.
The first image is the part where I wanted the door to be. The second is when the edits were made.

Oooo a post
In the end, I decided to go with a door based on Rupture Farms. The door i'm planning to create is the door to the Board Room (just before the countdown at the end of the game (screenie here)).

I thought the Board Room should have been a bit more intimidating and different from the regular Zulag doors in the farm (factory :P).
Here, I have jotted down some notes to show what I plan to do, hopefully, to complete the door itself and bring it to life.
Aaaaaaand the logo. This is the actual logo for Rupture Farms. All I have done was colour over the text and re-typed 'Board Room' in the font it uses (Square slabserif 711 Bold).

Starting Point

Our new project for this term is to:
- Pick any game (I've chosen Abe's Odyssey)
- Research it's architecture (All these images)
- Build a door or window that would fit in the game (Yet to build my own)
All these images are from a game called Oddworld: Abe's Odyssey, created by Oddworld Inhabitants back in 1997, is about a character named Abe who stumbles upon his boss' plans to turn him and his workers into food in order to stop the Meat Processing Plant they work at, Rupture Farms, from going out of business.
I have chosen this game mainly because of it's scenery and it's ability to suck the player into the world that is Oddworld.

Two different lands are shown here. Paramonia (Left) and Scrabania (Right), named after the creatures that inhabit them.

The doors in this game vary from the metal doors of Rupture Farms to the wooden and stone doors of Paramonia and Scrabania, respectively, and it's these doors that I shall become inspired from to create one similar in 3D.
To go about this, I will create a creature inspired by this game and then make it into a door similar to the ones below (if my teachers will allow it anyway).
